For athletes enrolled in a protocol, we retain the circumstances discussed with a credentialed chaplain solely for the purpose of authoring the personalized parchment.

Information is used to route your inquiry to a credentialed director, to coordinate secure delivery logistics with equipment managers or athletic directors, and to produce the physical archive. We do not sell information to third parties, and we do not share athlete consultation content with teams, agents, or family members without written consent.

Mentor consultations are bound by confidentiality agreements and occur on encrypted channels or in private off-site environments. Access to consultation records is restricted to the authoring chaplain and the operations director assigned to your account.

We use essential structural markers to maintain your session and aggregate traffic analysis to improve our support systems. Third-party advertising trackers are never enabled on this site. You may restrict analytics to essential markers only through the consent controls presented on your first visit.

Consultation records are retained for the duration of the enrolled season plus one fiscal year for nonprofit accounting purposes. You may request correction or deletion of your records by contacting our Atlanta operations desk through the contact page.
