Terms of Service

The Athletes Prayer Foundation provides personalized parchment prayer archives and credentialed mentorship under three protocols: The Pro Locker, The Academy, and the Legacy Gift Edition. Enrollment begins after a discovery consultation and requires a minimum of one week of logistical setup before the first delivery.

Fees fund materials, secure delivery networks, and credentialed personnel. Direct service fees are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions; donations above the service cost are fully deductible under our 501(c)(3) status. Surplus revenue subsidizes Student-Athlete modules for underfunded programs in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

For collegiate and high school rosters, we document every artifact and its value with your compliance office prior to delivery. Institutions remain responsible for final compliance determinations under their governing association rules.

Locker delivery depends on franchise or department authorization. Where direct access is restricted, we route deliveries to an approved secondary point. We make no representation that participation influences athletic performance or statistical outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Continued use of this site or enrollment in any protocol constitutes acceptance of the terms in effect at that time.
