Roster Coverage

- Personalized parchment scrolls are produced for every listed athlete, including redshirts and practice squad members, so no competitor is excluded from the archive.
Mentor Cadence
- Execution Standard
- Credentialed chaplains hold bi-weekly virtual sessions with position groups and reserve individual time for athletes navigating injury or transfer decisions.
Staff Reporting
- Execution Standard
- Athletic directors receive a seasonal participation and delivery report suitable for player-wellness budget review.
Installation
Installing the Archive Across a Roster.
A four-phase rollout designed around existing practice, travel, and academic schedules.
Step 1
Department Alignment
We meet with the athletic director, head coach, and compliance officer to define the roster scope, fixture calendar, and documentation standard for the season.
Step 2
Athlete Discovery
Each athlete completes a private thirty-minute discovery session with a credentialed mentor, establishing the spiritual targets our chaplains write toward all season.
Step 3
Fixture Delivery
Scrolls arrive with the equipment truck or team manager and are placed in assigned lockers on the morning of competition, with zero disruption to warm-up routines.
Step 4
Seasonal Handover
At the close of the season each athlete receives a protective chest containing their complete archive, and your department receives the participation report.
Social Proof
Voices from the Sideline.
“Implementing the Academy protocol transformed our locker room culture. We stopped focusing solely on winning the weekend and started building men equipped for the next forty years of their lives.”
Coach DavisCollegiate Athletic DirectorThe Academy protocol is not a motivational assembly. It is a documented, season-long structure that gives your athletes something permanent to hold when recruitment, playing-time decisions, and public scrutiny destabilize their sense of worth.
